Common questions
Do I need to change my CRM?
No. You get a private RevuNow email address — point your CRM's "job completed" notification at it and RevuNow reads the details out of whatever email your CRM already sends. No template to match, no API keys. Direct integrations with ConnectWise, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan are available too.
What counts as a "job"?
Any completed service call that RevuNow sends an initial SMS for. If a customer replies or doesn't, it still counts as one job.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
What happens after the free trial?
You add a card when you start, but nothing is charged for 7 days. When the trial ends, your plan begins automatically at the price shown. Cancel any time before then from your dashboard and you won't be charged at all.
